The same money by a different name, and the name is where the mistakes are. Vodafone Cash became Telecel Cash and most affiliate copy has not caught up, so a page telling you to pick Vodafone at the cashier is describing a menu that no longer exists.

This wallet used to be called Vodafone Cash and was renamed in March 2024. Telecel Cash is the current and only correct name. Most copy written about Ghanaian betting still says the old one, which matters because it is the entry a reader is looking for in a live menu.

A floor shown here is the lowest that book publishes on any of its rails, not a rail-specific figure. No Ghanaian bookmaker publishes per-rail minimums that could be verified, and inventing the difference would be worse than showing the floor honestly.
The ceiling on this wallet
Bank of Ghana caps what a wallet can receive, whatever the bookmaker allows. At minimum verification that is GH₵3,000 in a day and GH₵10,000 in a month, with a balance ceiling of GH₵5,000. The monthly figure is the one that catches people: a win bigger than it cannot be split across days into the same wallet.

- No government levy, since the electronic transfer levy was repealed on 2 April 2025. Whether the telco takes a tariff is a separate question and this site prints no figure for it: no operator publishes a verifiable one and every number in circulation traces back to an aggregator. What is printed is the bookmaker's own fee, where it states one.
