What is not on the slip, and why
fourteen bookmakers were researched for Ghana. seven carry a line. These seven do not, and the reason for each is a field on its record rather than an opinion about it.
The slip is built around Aviator, so a book without it is not here. Returns are read off the panel inside the game, never off the tile.

A positive finding. The lobby was read and Aviator is not in it, so this is an exclusion on the rule rather than on a doubt, and nothing further needs establishing.

The game may be there and we have not established it
These records carry no answer either way. Most Ghanaian lobbies render in a way that cannot be read from outside the country, and a slip built around one game cannot carry a line whose game is a guess. If a later pass from inside Ghana confirms one, it gets a line and the table gets longer.

Kept in the fact base rather than deleted, because a brand that has left is still searched for and a page saying so plainly beats a 404. It never appears in a table of places to bet today.

Nothing on this page carries a score. The scale on this site is a position on a slip, and a book that has been excluded from the slip has no position to print. Publishing a number for it anyway would be inventing a second scale so that the refusal did not cost us a table row.
About the refusals
- Is a book off the slip a bad book?
- No, and this page is careful not to imply it. The roster rule is about one game. Several of the books below are large, licensed and, on the axes this site can measure, competitive. What they do not have is a confirmed answer to the question this publication is built on.
- Why not just list everything and rank it?
- Because ten Ghanaian publications reading the same thirteen bookmakers and ranking all of them produce ten versions of the same table. The honest way for them to differ is to disagree about who belongs in the table at all, and then to say why in the words printed above it.
- What would put one of these on the slip?
- One field on one record, set from a lobby somebody has actually opened in Ghana. Nothing else, and no amount of anything else.
